Pizza Hut Ordered online with coupon coupon did not work. I called them immediately and they said no refund for 30 days and I would have to pay the new price. Gainesville Florida
I ordered a pizza online and selected their coupon code 7B a large anyway you want it for $11.99. I filled out my order which also had a $1.00 delivery charge and tax of a dollar and something cents. this should have the total at $14 and some change. Instead my total was very close to $18 which it told me after the order processed. I called the store immediately which are the instructions to cancel the order. The manager told me since I paid by credit card the refund would not go through for 30 days and that I would also need to pay the new total. So I would be out of over $30 dollars for a whole month (at the beginning of December before Christmas) and then be refunded sometime in January if it was to really happen. Why 30 days to refund a credit card purchase I had made 60 seconds ago and why no offer of any kind from the manager to make me feel like I wasn't being ripped off? I don't know. I felt that they were very unhelpful and unconcerned with my disatisfaction, which really makes me mad because I have been order pizza from them pretty regularly.
