Complaint Review: Pizza Hut

I worked for Pizza Hut at 735 E Memorial Blvd, in Lakeland Fl I cant say about other Pizza Huts but this one has a few problems that people need to be made aware of: first this store is not customer friendly when the store GM manager is not in the store the other mangers who work during close tend to let the phones ring off the hook or they unplug the phones more then an hour before close.

Example is on 4/8/2005 Friday we close at 12am the manager stopped taking orders shortly after 10pm because she had a meeting at 10 am the next morning. Before she placed phones off the hook she lied to people calling to place an order that we were out of all types of pizzas when we were not in fact she tossed out more then 25 pizzas that was left over.

This is done all the time As for Heath problems the dishwasher that we use never is cleaned the old food is left crusted in and on the dishwasher it only gets clean if I get a chance to clean it. The plates have BLACK mold in bedded on them I requested new plates they I have never seen any new ones for 5 months now. You see ALL the dishes are not dried before stacking. The dampness allows mold to grow on all the dishes. I have become sick myself from eating pizza and not refuse to eat at the store.

I have voiced my views in these matters and have been placed on suspension for disagreeing with my supervisors. I have believe this is a local problem do to two bad mangers. But I suggest not to buy from this store until these problems are fixed I suggest the 98 north pizza hut stores but DO NOT use your credit cards because of the old software your credit card number is printed on the receipt that the drivers have to be signed although the drivers records are checked the driver other records are not. There fro only pay with cash!
