Pizza Hut Terrible Customer Service on a Phone Order Largo Florida

I had called a Pizza Hut store to get 2 pizzas delivered. When I called there I was put on hold.

Well, I was on hold long enough for an entire commercial break on the tv show I was watching. Then, right when I thought my call was being picked up, I heard a recorded message from the phone company 'if you wish to place a call, please hang up & try again'... Those people must have picked up the receiver & then put it back down again just so as to get rid of the ANNOYING BEEPING sound phones have when a CUSTOMER IS ON HOLD for a very long time!

So, I called them back. And was put on hold again! This time only for a few seconds. I had told this person that I got disconnected while on hold.

I was not expecting, nor should anyone ever expect to be told, 'Well, that's not our fault!' *Excuse me, but it is thier fault* I ignored that comment from the woman that was on the other end of the line, then she asked me if I was ready to place an order & I asked her what specials do you have today? She, let out a 'huff' then said to me,'ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?'

If she was just kidding around, she obviously should know better then to say that to a customer!

I asked her if I may talk to the Mgr? She said that the Mgr is off tonight, then I asked for the Asst. Mgr. And, she said that that person was not there either. Then in the same breath she asked me if I was gonna place an order or not?

I then asked her what are the names of the Mgr & Asst Mgr & she giggled, then hung up the phone!!

I went to that resturant's website RIGHT AFTER THAT PHONE CALL & sent in a customer comment describing what I just said above. And got a auto-reply saying that a Representative will contact me within 24 - 48 hours. They never did contact me. I copied the auto-reply back to Pizza Hut's 'Contact us' email address & still have yet to hear from them concearning the matter which I labeled it as "BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE". **It has been 2 1/2 months since that happened**

I am sure that not all Pizza Hut resturants are bad, but that one is horrible!
