These people short changed me! I gave them $20 dollars for a $10 pzza and only got $3.56 back. I asked the driver to give my change he said sir you gave me $15. That still would not be the right total! I  am very upset!

I think you mean 'that person'.  It's between you and the driver/delivery person, not Pizza Hut.
