Complaint Review: Pizza Hut

Me and my husband went to the Pizza hut for lunch. We ordered a lunch specail, and a pasta dish. I found hair in my food and noticed that they were cooking with bare hand and without hats nets. The manager " Sadia" and cook "brekley" I am sure I am spelling it wrong but thats what they sounded. They were so quick in throwing away the food with the hair. There were no hand soap or paper in the toilets. This is the most shocking and flithy cooking method. The lady did not give us any discounts, after arguing she says that she will deduct $1.11 which is what the cost of a pan pizza is. I dont know what can we do, But I am going to take all possible actions against this.

There should be some strict action taken against breaking laws.
