Pizza Hut Washing dishes with cold water and re-using them to cook, because the hot water was broke Augusta Georgia
Pizza Hut had their hot water burner to become non functional. Instead of explaing to the customers, shift managers insisted that the dishes be washed in cold water so customers who were dining in would be able to still use the plates and silver ware. This action happened 6/9/2013. There were a few customers who became sick in the restaurant due to the bacteria that was not removed due the washing process which was using on cold water.

You mean it was purposely done? If you knew at the time you should have called the health department. The customers becoming sick part of your story is melodramatic.
