Pizza Hut we never got the right pizza but still had to pay Carroll Iowa
One occasion to this pizza hut I had TWO BUGS in my glass of pop, but still didn't get a free pop or even a discount of any kind.
The 2nd occasion We had a coupon of some sort for the pizzas and one of the pizzas ordered was a ham and green olive. well after waiting about a half an hour our waitress came out and asked if our pizza was ham and green pepper. which we replied no, so she said it would be even longer to make the pizza right. so about another half an hour later we got a hamburger and green olive pizza. the only thing they did was they told us we could keep the coupon to use again. pretty lousy after over an hour of waiting for a pizza but still didnt even get the right pizza but still had to pay for it!!!!!!!!!!!!
they have lousy service and lazy waitresses that need some training; and also better management

So let me get this straight they screwed up your order but you still paid for the pizza. First of all if it was me and I ordered a pizza and the waitress came out and confirmed your order to be wrong and then said it would take longer at that point I would have walked out. But I do understand that sometimes they make clerical errors so you allowed them to rectify the problem but they did not rectify the problem and still screwed up the order. My brothers friend owned a pizza place and heres what you could have done. Not payed for the pizza and told them that it was not the right one and left the pizza untouched. Pizza places are able to sell already cooked pizza at a fraction of the price as long as they give the disclaimer that it was cooked for a customer that did not claim there merchandise for instance delivery drivers who deliver a pizza to a phone address so they are stuck with the pizza they get the pizza order written off then they can sell it for 25% of the price. But if you were intent on getting a pizza which is understandable if you have a craving definately don't pay full price because it is not what you ordered but offer to take it off there hands at a fraction of the price that way they aren't left holding the ball and both parties are happy.
