My wife and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversay on 8/14/2024 and made reservations through the Open Table app at 7:30 PM. We arrived at 7:25 PM and were met by a female at the front door. As we stated our name and reservation request she abruptly pointed to the table and said "your table is ready".

She walked us over to the table within the bar area and sat us down without stating anything else or as accustomed to saying have a good nite or enjoy the restaurant (she apparently showed no motivation or joy in being at her job) after slamming down the menus on the table.

We sat at the table looking at the extensive menu (which I might add was a great menu and display of all of the options and food available to you). looked great from the start!

We sat at the table with no staff in the restaurant even showing any type of interest or acknowledgement to us. After 10 minutes the waitress came over to us and asked if we needed anything (we ordered a great bottle of wine).

So far, so good from this point (we overlooked all of the employees we counted both at the bar and within the restaurant had no smile or pride in being there. There were a total of 10 employees).

My wife and I ordered the identical meal (filet Mignon & a lobster tail) which on the menu for the lobster tail and steak was at "market value". No problem we don't mind paying for a great meal. So the food being delivered within 10 minutes and both of our lobster tails (which were small-less than 7 ounces on what was said on the menu & the filet mignon not being a true cut of steak (it was a tenderloin).

Meal was ok, the vegetables were frozen and heated up in a microwave. The steak was ok, and the lobster tail was horrible. So we discounted this as a bad night and tried to digest what we ate even taken home leftovers for our dog at this point who would probable enjoy the poor cut of meat as to what we were served.

When we received the final bill the breakdown was as follows: 1 bottle of wine= $35, 2 Filet Mignon=$100, 2 side lobster tails 7 ounces $58, 1 Shrimp cocktail $12 TOTAL Bill was an astonishing $222.68!

The bar area is a nice place to be recently renovated and has a great feel with a great sushi bar and bar that is well appointed BUT not by any means a professional, well run establishment with linens or fine glass china.

The patrons commonly come in with there bathing suits, tee shirts, and flip flops which is ok but not at this level of what we paid for! There are other establishments in the community that we have visited and been patron of which are much more of a five star dining expereince than this place!

We felt the service was horrible as well as the food so we left a fifteen percent tip for the waitress. After leaving the restaurant the waitress ran out the door after us screaming and yelling you took the receipt? My wife and I checked our pockets and it showed we took the customer copy and we stated that to her in the parking lot as she continued to harass us for a tip?

At that point she stated to us that "you are not welcome in this establishment ever again" She then continued to verbally harass us, cursed at us, and was screaming and yelling in the parking lot of this busy waterfront business community (there were approximately 15-20 people walikng aroung this highly populated area).

After her verbal barrage of both profanity and agressive talk several other employees came out and asked her what was happening? At that time she continued to be agressive until I pulled out my I-phone and attempted to record her actions for which she then quickly ran back into the establishment.

My best way to explain this establishement it is like an upgraded RED LOBSTER (red lobster was better!).
