Our Place Air & Home Repair, LLC Our Place Air & Home Repair, LLC failure to honor agreement Orlando Florida
An employee of Our Place Air & Home Repair, LLC, 1024 W Pine St, Orlando, FL 32805, did work on a central AC system at my mother's residence in the summer of 2019. The employee recommended my mother enter into a service agreement for 12 months at $9.95 monthly so that she can obtain, among other things, a discount on that day's repair bill. So my mother signed a service agreement. My mother never needed service from Our Place Air & Home Repair, LLC again.
A year later, the service agreement automatically renewed. My mother forgot to cancel before the auto renewal. On February 13, 2021, I spoke to Charles Michael Mixson, aka Mike (a manager, per Sunbiz.org). Mike assured me that the service agreement had been cancelled, and, although there would be one more charge of $9.95 to my mother’s account in March, that the charges would stop after that. On March 20, 2021, I spoke to Leslie Lopez (an employee) and she assured me that the service agreement had been cancelled and there would be no more charges. On April 3, 2021, I spoke to Leslie again to complain about the charge on April 2nd. Leslie apologized and said she would request that charge be refunded. At present, we are still waiting for the contract to be cancelled, waiting for the monthly charges to stop, and waiting for a refund of the last charge of $9.95.
