Placer County District Attorney Roseville Police Department Alleged Criminal and Civil Rights Violations for Decades Against Citizens Roseville California

One of their current cases, involves a man that lost years of his life as a result of alleged violations. After serving both state and federal time as an exemplitary inmate, he also completed his parol and violation without incidents.
In May of 2014, his Fiance'e was allegedly sexually assaulted in a ladies restroom by a Roseville Police Officer. Five months later he was allegedly drugged by Roseville Police Undercover Officers and arrested for comitting a crime. The Placer County DA trumped up some seven felony charges against him following their MO of the last situation.
