I made the HUGE mistake of taking out a $1,600.00 loan with this fraudlent entity,  I will not even call them an organization.

I aggressively paid down this loan in $200.00 payments every three weeks.  I was keeping track of the payments in fine order until they changed their web site on 5/31/16. 

Since then:  my loan, which was paid well in advance (I cut the payments from 38 installments to 19) reflected I was a month past due.  After calling the 866 Customer Service line, and being on hold for over 90 minutes listening to Muzak, I hung up and paid the $90.00 showing as Past Due.  

This morning, logged back to to see the next payment due isn't until 2017!  Furthermore, the $90.00 payment is reflected in a receipt for $68.13.  I called the 866 number AGAIN and listened to Musak for almost 45 minutes.

I then called their Corporate Office asking to speak to a Supervisor.  A very aggressive, very rude young man began yelling: "YOU NEED TO CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE as I will NOT help you over the 'Corporate Line.' Then he hung up.

So here I am, back on the 866 line, 28 minutes and counting.  I logged back on the site to see what my payoff amount would be if I paid off the loan on 6/10/16.  The system AUTOMATICALLY scheduled a payoff for that date; and unfortunately, if you do not want or cannot afford for this amount to automatically come out of your account, you're screwed.

Fortunately for us we will budget this into our monthly expenses, let it ride, and be done with this joke of an entity.

BEWARE before you enter into any legal agreement with Plain Green.  YOU are not a customer...YOU are a source for their parasite feeding practices.
