 I have had loans with this company in the past. Never any problems getting a loan and they have never had a problem with repayment. I know that they are an ultra high interest company and I understood the terms going in. The problem came when for some reason their website changed the amount I requested from $500 to $2200. My request was denied so I called customer service. I'm on social security and don't need or want that much. They said they would reset my credit line to $2200 but I should be able to enter any amount but they could not correct the application. So I reentered the information to the correct amount and they again denied the loan because I needed to wait 90 days between loan requests. This should have been a correction not a new request and now they have reported 2 denials to the credit bureaus so now I can't go to any other company. I have made an error on a previous application and was able to call customer service, they made the correction and the loan went through with no problem. Today I guess I got the lazy customer service reps & now I'm stuck. They won't correct their mistakes.
