Plaingreen Highpoint Mediation is the ones who are filing civil suits if you don't agree to pay. They said I owe them $428.16. I paid them off the loan I took out. They are contacting me about 6 yrs later. I don't have proof I paid it off. But they did not co Internet
I took out a loan of $1000 from plaingreen.com. I paid the loan off,but it took a little time longer than the contract. About 6 years later they say I owe them $428.16 and they are using Highpoint Mediation to collect those funds before they take me to court. I can't go to court because I don't have proof that I paid them. So I agreed to pay the money. Then I looked up plaingreen website and see they are ripping other people off. I know they are ripping me off. They have not contacted me in regards to owing them anything prior to 11/4/16. I have not received any mailings. The phone call I received I saved the message they left for me to contact them by Tuesday 11/8/16 titagale@yahoo.com sign and to call and change the date at 877-613-1836. I spoke to Carl Waters from Highpoint Mediation and made payment arrangements in order for them not to file a center suit against st me on behalf of Plain green.com.
