My Total Choice Visa expired 09/05 when I called the company to see where my new card was they said that it was in the mail and they sent it a month ago. So I had to cancel a card I never got to get another new one. I waited and waited...still no card. I called back and did the same thing reported it again. Since I had moved with the second card I didn't think anything of it. Still got no card. I called and they said that I had to call it in stolen again and wait. I told them no and that I wanted to speak to a manager. I was refused and given another number to report this. When I called this other number for lost and stolen cards they said the card was never re issued in the first place and told me what to tell Total when I called back. I called back and told them. Now I got another story.

My card payment now was late and they stopped my card. No one called or no letter or payment statement was sent. I already had given the operator for Total a phone call and gave them 3 months worth of checks. The operator said that they didn't have bill pay yet and appologized and said she would call me when that three months was up....guess not. So I explained I hadn't received anything and paid everything I owed to Total. They said they would again for the 4th wonderful time and 3 months later send me this card. I called back 10 days after still not receiving this card. I almost fell down when they told me what they did. They said that I didn't get reissued another card because of my deliquant payment which was already taken care of and explained...the total operator from the previous conversation told me all was well nothing would be against me and mind you this isn't my fault. I even had a m anager confirm after all of this from the last time. They said it got refused not only because of non payment but because of a credit collection...WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I told them to cancel this card and give me confirmation. Which they could not ....I have to call back at a later time. I can't believe this. The only thing that I did wrong was to pick this card. These people should not be able to do business. I needed this to build my credit. I could have really used this credit card. Please please please don't choose this company. They have messed up 4 times. I kept my cool until the 4th time. These peole know where they can put their card. Payments were made never missed one payment before. They lost good business and now they are going to be reported!

I need to take the nice things i said about plains commerce bank, i had an unauthorized charge to my card & plains commerce bank is suppose to protect you from fraudlent charges from a merchant well its not like in this case.

I made a complaint to the better business bureau but plains commerce bank refuses respond because i have to give them written permission for plains commerce bank for them to give non personal information to the better business bureau sense when do you have to sign permission for a business to respond to your complaint most businesses do not do this.

It gets even better i sent them the required information they requested that i contacted the merchant to resolve this know plains commerce bank says they did not receive any information & closed the complaint, plains commerce bank says this is infact a billing error in their response with the information i sent them but they cannot interven.

I have had one problem with an unauthorized charge plains commerce bank did not request me to send any information that i contacted the merchane they contacted the merchant & plains commerce bank got my card credited back well they will not dispute the fraudlent charge, i can't believe i said nice things about this company & look @ how i am being treated.

They are suppose to protect card holders from unauthorized charges they let the merchant get away with this wonder what new tricks credit card companies will pull this time, also another problem i made a posted dated check for two week after the due date & they charged me a $25 late fee making my card go over the limit & they refuse to credit the late charge back i did make a posted date check.

I wish i never got this card i read all the complaints on this website & i ignored them thinking plains commerce bank will help me but i thought wrong! i trusted this merchant & they abused my credit card & plains commerce bank refuses to do anything about it i am thinking of closing my account with them due to how they are treating me & refusing to credit my card back!.

First off, I would like to say, that I am sorry that Plains Commerce Bank ripped you off the way they did. I had a Total Visa, but I was never ripped off. In fact, when I called them a few weeks ago, they respectfully told me that they owed me $146.00 and that the check was already in the mail. Sure enough, about 3 days later, I recieved a check for that amount. I agree with you when you say that the fees are outrageous and they are. Good luck in solving your issue.

TO SUZANNE:

You're very bold for getting online and announcing that you are a scam artist. You also seem to be proud of ripping people off. I'm glad that you told on yourself because I will be sure to NEVER fall for any of your crap, meaning, that I will stay away from anything and everything that "Sounds to good to be true." You're a nasty individual and all I'm going to say is, YOU WILL GET CAUGHT. I don't think you would like it too much if all of those millions you CLAIM you've mad from ripping people off, has been taken from you due to you falling for someone else's scam. But then again, if that ever happened to you, YOU deserve it. You're wicked. What goes around will come around. Remember that!
