There are planes constantly flying over sunrise florida. They are very loud. They do not stop flying the planes over the building. In addition, there are loud trucks and motorocycled sounds. There is a man named Al yelling at the pool. There is a man named Ralph Press blasting his stereo. I believe that a stop needs to be pujt to this. It is very disruptive and stops me from sleeping. Please do something about this. Thank you.

And Ralph Press continues to blast his stereo and TV. He refuses to buy a new car or remove a large mirror in the car which is harassing me.
