I have been a customer at Planet Beach Hopkins MN for 5 years.  Their salon servies were part of my weekly routine.  After having been there for so long, when they offered to reduce my membership fees if I paid 3 years in advance, I took it.  Then, a few months later they closed the doors with no notice!!  This was malicious considering she continued to sell weekly, monthly and yearly pre-paid packages up until at least one week before closing.  And no other francise location will honor these packages.  The dishonest and criminal behavior of action must be rectified.  I am just one of many many people who have been ripped off by this scenario in my small community.
