Complaint Review: Planet Blinds - The Blind Shop

I ordered 2 special order blinds from this company on 02/10/05, my credit card was instantly charged $132.00 before production would begin. On 02/12/05 I received an e-mail saying my blinds were in production and I could expect them in 5 to 7 days and if they didn't arrive call the number on their web site.

On 02/22/05 I called and left a message on their answering machine and got no return call. I have sent several E-mails and on 02/24/05 when I tried to call their office I discovered that all of the numbers listed on their web site have now been disconnected.

I have reported them to the IFCC and will probably never see the blinds I ordered or my $132.00
