planet caravan music and comics non responsive to customers Internet
I ordered a t-shirt from planet gravamen's over two weeks ago that was meant to be a Christmas gift. I have not been charged for my order and the company is un teachable via phone or e-mail. They have my card information and I am starting to wonder if they are a legitimate business or a scam. I have e-mailed and left several messages and still have no clue when or if my order will be shipped to me. I know there are several reports of similar incidents with this company. I do not reccomend doing any business with them!

We apologize about the delay. We have replied to your email (we are only showing one from you, in which we did reply.) You are correct, we have not charged you. We only charge once we ship an order. We also state, both on most products and also in our FAQ, the estimated shipping time. Some items will ship the same or next day, and others could take up to 3 weeks. All credit card info is secure and encrypted. Again, we only charge once we ship (in case there are any back ordered items) which we think is the right thing to do.
