planet fitness Does not send invoices for charges chandler, Arizona
I went in today and was told I owed $65. Apparently, my original credit card had expired and they did not notify me. Instead they let serveral months of $10 penalties build up. I asked them why they didn't notify me and the response was "we don't do that." I find this surprizing in an age when automated invoices can be easily emailed. I certainly would not have let the charges build up so high had I only known.
