Planet Fitness, Howell MI Unprofessional, Poor Customer Service and they Lie Howell Michigan
They lied to us about being able to downgrade our membership for no cost or committment. We were sold on the fcat that we could try a more expensive membership based on the fact that if we were not using the membership they told us that we could downgrade for free and no committment. Well, we went to downgrade and low and behold they want to charge us more now or make us sign a 12 month agreement. when I brought this up and what we were sold and told, they bascially said screw off. No customer service at all. High schoolers running the palce and do not know what they are doing. the so called " manager" was a little girl that had not customer service skills, not sure how she got the position. I am sure if this place wasnt so dirt cheap. this palce would go straight out of business as the people running it are cluless.
