Planet Ford Collision Center Planet Ford refuses to return calls, what does it take to speak to a manager? Spring Texas
I'm going on three weeks now trying apparently in vain, to get a manager to return my calls.I am a former employee in the Collision Center, was even "Employee of the Month", But when I moved to Illinois, I asked them to mail me my paycheck, and they did, minus one full week. I've been trying to resolve this problem with NO help on their end. Is it sooo hard to return my calls and messages??? In this day and age, one weeks pay is very important to me. I don't like being "ripped off". What else can I do???????

Send a certified, return receipt requested letter to them request payment. If you know the name of the owner of the business, address the letter to the owner.
Explain in detail how you conclude that they still owe you one week's wages and inform them that if they do NOT AGREE that they owe you, you would like a detailed written pay history that establishes that you are not owed any further compensation.

Send a certified, return receipt requested letter to them request payment. If you know the name of the owner of the business, address the letter to the owner.
