My post will be abbreviated due to the immence amount of detail. Unless it allows me to type it all,You can follow the rest of my complaint at the BBB of Houston as well as YOUTUBE under the catagory of Planet Ford Ripoff. These people are the WORST!! If youre looking for a Ford, DO NOT go there. You will be violated financially to criminal proportions. The tactics used are that of old school con artists. If you have kids with you; like Vultures waiting for prey to die, they stalk you and make every effort to extort your wallet. They prey on evryone, but the more volitile you look, the quicker they move in. They treat you with "car salesman" type BS conversation and then insult your consumer status with rediculous pricing making you to be a fool when you express your expectations. I have been in sales and customer service for a Major U.S. company for years. Our moto is "building customers for life" The finance "salesman" had the nerve to use this phrase with me knowing what had transpired throughout our experience. I was insulted and angry after reviewing the deal (when we got home) and I was a bit confused how all of the associates; from the sales people all the way to the finance guy could actually have smiled while they were putting our deal together and then have the nerve to explain how they are all about the customer!!! It was appauling to say the least. I blame myself for some part. I had my wife and 4 yr old with me and we had been there for four hours. Things got past me. Things that some would catch and probaly would never have been attempted by the sales vultures had the conditions not been perfect. They new when the conditions were optimal, and went in for the ripoff. Lets put it this way; all involved with my deal were so incredibly stoked that this deal was goin to go through that; THEY COULDNT REMEMBER whether they collected the $2000 deposit that was required!!! I got a call 2 days later from that "customer oriented" finance guy asking if we gave him the money. I was astounded. I put that money on your desk. He was so lost. I told him if he couldnt find it he could; TAKE IT FROM THE $1500 OVER STICKER HE SOLD ME THE CAR FOR, OR PERHAPS THE $3000 HE SHORTED ME ON MY TRADE!! He said none of those options would be doable. I told him he should really locate that $$$$ then. His other option would to be to get my traded in car ready for pick up first thing in the morning when i would be bringing his car back to him and picking mine up. I have leased many cars for many years. I am your average american with 2.6 kids and all i wanted was to lease acar that we wanted. I wanted it to be a fair deal and i wanted to feel good about the transaction. that is hard to do anytime you go car shopping, ut these guys are indeed the worst. I will be posting this, and many more consfrom today forward. I happen to have very close friends in the media outlets and will continue to get the word out as best as I can. I may very well do what I did with another consumers nightmare "driver auto repair" in Conroe. I actually stood on the road with my classic automobile to get the attention of passing traffic to get the word out. We all work hard for our money. The last thing we need as consumers, are JACKASSES like this taking or money. BTW, If your in the market for a FORD...Tomball Ford is the place to go. I picked up my 2012 Explorer Limited today. The XLT that was sold to me from PLANET was $10,000 less, but im omly paying $10 more a month. Thats the magnitude of the RIPOFF! If you go to Tomball, ask for Greg Hall. He is as welll as everyone else there...truely concerned about your wants, needs and budget.

THEY COULDNT REMEMBER whether they collected the $2000 deposit that was required!!! I got a call 2 days later from that "customer oriented" finance guy asking if we gave him the money. I was astounded. I put that money on your desk.
- So do you always give someone $2,000(cash?) and not get a receipt?

He was so lost. I told him if he couldnt find it he could; TAKE IT FROM THE $1500 OVER STICKER HE SOLD ME THE CAR FOR, OR PERHAPS THE $3000 HE SHORTED ME ON MY TRADE!
- Why did you agree to $1,500 over sticker or $3,000 less on your trade?

His other option would to be to get my traded in car ready for pick up first thing in the morning when i would be bringing his car back to him and picking mine up.
- You are a couple of steps short accusing a guy of stealing your money yet you don't seem as concerned about that as just undoing the deal.  But I guess someone who can just hand over 2K and not worry about things such as receipts, pay more than they need to for a car, and get less on their trades has enough money to throw around so a couple thousand dollar loss doesn't really mean anything.
