planet naturals joel patterson I purchased a air freshner in Nov of last year for my nephew as a wedding gift. I was told by joel patterson that it had been sent. joel told me 3 different times it had been sent. It never got rec'd Internet
I ordered a air freshner and joel patterson has been lying thru his teeth to me. 3 Times he told me it got sent. Never got rec'd or SENT. 3 weeks ago, I requested a refund to my cc. never got it. BIG SURPRISE!!!! I will never see it again!!! DONT TO BUSINESS WITH THIS SNAKE IN THE GRASS!!!!!

We have researched this report and found that delivery was made to the address reported to us. Package was left at door. We have tried to contact this person on several occasions since this incident with no luck. We would be more than happy to send a replacement or refund and we are sorry that this package did not reach it's destination. We sell to thousands of customers a year for ten years now and this is a rare occurence.

I never got the refund, BIG SURPRISE, I STILL WOULDNT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! I DONT HAVE A PC OR I WOULD HAVE RESPONDED SOONER!!!

We are sorry that this situation has taken place. This customer ordered our product as a gift for her nephew. The Items were made and shipped to the address provided to us by the customer. The items were returned to us two weeks later because the address was incorrect. We informed the customer that her items were returned to us. She contacted her nephew and got a corrected address.
Joel Patterson informed the customer that there would be an additional fee for shipping. UPS charges shipping fees even if the address is wrong and they have to return it. The customer was given the total and told payment needed to be made and items would be shipped. One week later another message was left about payment for the shipping fees with no response. Her package is still sitting in our warehouse.
This customer has since asked for a refund and as of today Planet Naturals has credited all charges back to the customer including all shipping charges even though we had to pay those charges to UPS.
Planet Naturals has been in business for 12 years and worked with thousands of customers without incident. We hope crediting all charges back to this customer including the shipping fees we incurred will be satisfactory to her.
