Complaint Review: Planet's Purest water Inc.

Here's the latest update on Planet's Purest Water' idea of a prompt response. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau & Federal Trade Commission about the lack of customer service & satisfaction. In response to PPW's reply to the BBB, Mr. Larson stated that he is was willing to send me a more costly replacement unit, but I would need to respond immediately to his offer or he & his company would protract the offer. I responded immediately again stating I'd rather have a refund, but if not, I would accept his offer. That was on January 27, 2013. I haven't heard a word from PPW or MR. Larson since. I'm still waiting for the promised call from the service department on the original order. Once again, here's an example of the poor customer service and lack of professionalism exemplified by Planet's Purest Water and its president to resolve this issue. Buyer Beware!
