Original Report # 997779- Update- Robin Larson of Planet's Purest Water (PPW), finally replied to my pleas for assistance. With my order for water purification filters still unfilled since May,2012, he now offered to send me another unit. That was a month ago, and again, no follow up, no filters I originally paid for, and of copurse, no water unit. Yes everyone, beware of this company. They promise the world and give little or nothing in return. There is virtually no customer service, and the products they sell are not as advertised.
