Planet7 casino Approved withdraw never received, casino now asking for personal banking information Internet
On 7/23/2016 I won a jackpot on planet 7 casino, on 7/23/2016 my withdraw request was approved the amount was for $1,200. I was told 7-10 business days after required documents we're recieved which I sent. After 30 days I contacted them inquiring about it and was told they were backed up and my withdraw had been sent to someone else for processing, a couple days later I received a phone call from them requesting my personal bank information so they can do a wire transfer and supposedly I would receive it faster, but I told them I didn't have a personal bank account and i now have heard nothing from them nor have I received my winnings. When I contact them via live chat they are either rude or don't respond back. This casino is a scam and ripoff. I strongly advise that no one use them. Sure wish I hadn't,
