Planetdvd.com - Family Dvd Store - What A Deal Dvd NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM SITE..TOTAL RIP OFF!! No Listing Online For Any Address Another Red Flag Internet
placed an order for 1980's amazing stories, 2 seasons 45 episodes on 6 dvds.. i knew something was up as no one has season 2 anywhere except this planetdvd store. the # 1 season that others sell fits onto 8 dvds alone, thats 20 episodes.. How the hell does 2 seasons, 45 episodes fit onto 6 dvds? that is less? Turns out i was right, this site declined my order as they knew i contacted my credit card company, i put a block on this transaction, and stopped it before they tried to ship out what seems to be black market copies of stuff taped from tv shows.. i was one of the lucky ones, but i had to get a new credit card to be totally safe.. cut up the old one...Never order anything from planetdvd.com , or what a deal dvd, or the family dvd store , they are all names used by this scam company that is going to be shut down soon,, i will make it my sole priority to do so, even if i have to break the building down brick by brick myself.. You can give them a call as there is no address to send off an angry letter to, another red flag that this site is a scam.. 1 778 282 8099 or 1 647 722 9393, as for being afraid of retaliation, i welcome all my enemys with open arms, as if i am in the right, god help them.. p.s. i am leaving my front door open, come one come all scammers..Come get some, i'll be waiting.

To those of you who feel they were ripped off from this company I can understand why. I purchased a complete set of 3 stooges DVD's for my husband as a Christmas present. As you know the DVD's did not work in my machines and was told by them to play in various types of machines, which I would not do. I requested a refund and after many emails and many phone calls I did get a full refund for product and shipping to my account and was told to keep defective DVD's There are 40 DVD's and offered to give to a charity since some play and some don't.
All I can say is the do return emails and they do return phone calls. They did offer alternatives to a refund which I rejected and after 4 phone calls with Alicia in billing I did receive a refund. Keep trying and you too will prevail.

Hi, I was taken by them too. The telephone number which came up on my credit card statement is:1-6477229393. The company name is What-A-Deal DVD. I fought for my money back and surprisingly I received a refund. I spoke with a lady called "Alysha Stark". Hope this helps.
