This company above guarnished my last wages from May, 5 2007 to May, 19 2007 and also didnt live up to the contract I personally signed and read that indicated I would earn $10.00 dollars an hour but reluctantly the company only rendered $8.00 an hour in my name through mail and direct deposit through JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A. in Baton Rouge, La.I attempted to dispute this claim with Plant Essential Inc. but to Know avail.Thank You

Company takes $7.50 for a "paper check fee"

Plant Essentials also takes $7.50 out of your paycheck if you do not choose direct deposit. If you receive your paycheck in the mail printed on your pay-stub will say "paper check fee $7.50". Although they did not do this to me because I had direct deposit they did this to my fiance. I do not think its is right.

Plant essentials also terminated me. The reasoning behind the termination was I punched into a store for 3hrs and punched out but never worked. That my immediate supervisor was in the store looking for me during this time and could not find me. I however did not leave my house this day or for the rest of the week due to a car accident, so not only could I not walk but my car was inoperable. On top of this I was sending emails back and forth to my immediate supervisor during this time which means she nor I was in the store. I've looked at video surveillance and at no time was I or my supervisor anywhere. So how did I get clocked in or out? It doesn't really matter because if this is how a company is..I certainly do not want to work for them.

Also, they fired my fiance the same day and there reasoning was because we were a couple and that he was punched in as well during the same time. Well, we both never had his login numbers. I received a paycheck for those 3 hours that day, but my fiance did not.

All I can say about this company is that they do not train their employees, the do not communicate, they are very unorganized, they illegal deduct money from wages, they forge documents and some how they are still in business..I dont understand
