Complaint Review: Plant Therapy planttherapy.com

I placed an order from plant therapy but did not register for an account, to my knowledge, because I could not log in to change email settings when I tried that way, the email was not registered but I began recieving marketing emails, yet the word "unsubscribe" at the bottom was not a clickable link...so I could not unsubscribe. Do not like recieving mechanical emails so irked I wrote a rather mechanical email back saying unsubscribe me and cease communication, I recived a reply back stating they are not in, followed by the word Enjoy! I said Im not sure why your message is followed by enjoy, unsubscribe me and reply back when that is confirmed (a simple request) I recieved an email back with no message at all whatsoever..when I called, she couldnt find my account, (cuz I had not registered), put me on hold then when she got back she couldnt hear me.. said hello a few times while I kept replying hello to no avail then she began typing something about that without trying to find the problem with the line. I ordered from them previously via another account and encountered marketing emails immediately as well.
