Plantdevdstore bought dvds i know not high quality but said they had a refund policy for defective tapes never answer my emails and no address to return them Internet

I bought tv shows dvds from the company. They had a return policy for defective tapes but when i send an email I get no response.

They have a contact us email listed on their website, still no response. The dvds are shipped with no return address label on the box so u cant even return them.

This is what they state for defective discs.

What if I have a defective disk?
