Plantronics Plantronics products don't last Vancouver, CA Internet
Hey guys, I bought a plantotnics one year ago and unfortunately I'm here to let all you know that despite the fact that I always took a really care of my phone, it has been broken. I contacted Plantronics and they offer a REFURBISHED for CAD 75. I have no interest in buy another product that I know that has no durability. They sell a product that is not even cheap and it last 1 year and a few months? Is it disposable? And now they offer me to pay for a used one that will last how long? Maybe 3 months? No. Thank's!!! I expected much more than that. I can say for sure that the cause of this problem is quality and I'm deeply disappointed on your offer! I will no longer recommend this Brand for anyone. I hope that everybody can be aware of this and think about before buy something here!!!
