It shows a check made out to me and looks just like a check. On the left upper portion of the check it state's. Division of Unclaimed Funds. For Immediate Delivery. PO. Box 4562 New York, New York 10163. On the top right hand side of the check it give's a Check #M98211.
The it is filled out just like a normal check. Paythe Amount of 1 Million Dollars to the order of and the it give's my name address. The in the lower right hand corner just as with any check it has the signature of Patrick J. Chambers. I have copies of all documentation sent by and back to this company.
