PlasmaFire International Owner of Plasmafire takes clients money, but doesn't deliver the equipment! Internet, British Columbia
August 2007 we purchased and Omega III Ozone Generator and Sauna package ($7,000.00) from Plasmafire International. In his correspondence Dr. Saul Pressman indicated that we would have to pay up front for the equipment and it would be shipped to us once it was manufactured. Within a few weeks the ozone generator was delivered and we were told the sauna cabinet was delayed.
Weeks went by and still no cabinet, Pressman said the person making the cabinets in California had a mild heart attack but he was on the mend and production would start again. We were also told that once Pressman received the order at his office/shop in British Columbia he would be heading out to Alberta to deliver our cabinet along with product for other customers.
Now going into February of 2008 and still no cabinet on the horizon and many more excuses from Pressman, we decided to request our money back ($3,500.00) and in Pressman's last e-mail communication to us, he said that the delays were unfortunate, but he would refund our money. It is now September of 2009, my wife passed away in July of 2008 and still no refund.
It was months after my wife's passing before I could emotionally pull this together and start even thinking about Pressman's disservice to us. However in honour of my wife's courageous battle with colon cancer I decided I could not let this Shylock take advantage of people when they are at their lowest and experiencing their worst nightmares. The least I could do was to continue pursuing the recovery of the money. My Lawyer sent a letter to Pressman and I've instigated court action as well, I'm sure to no one's surprise he's yet to respond.
It's not even a matter of the money anymore; it's a matter of principle. People like Pressman are feeding off of the innocent, yet they present themselves as experts in their field and legitimate business people who have our best interest and well-being at heart, nothing can be further from the truth from Pressman, he's a crook! He's got $3,500.00 of ours and I've also read other complaints referring to the same type of schemes; so one has to wonder if he's even reporting this phantom income to the Canada Revenue Service or the IRS in the USA, a pretty good deal if at least 50% of your income is not taxed.

Sorry to hear that yet another consumer acting in good faith with Pressman is now experiancing some regrets in doing so. in my efforts to expose the decietful business practices of Pressman, my action plan brought against him to recover was to monies which ended up in the Small Claims Court of British Columbia, where I was awarded judgement. However the recovery of any refund of monies ended there. Due to the process the Court has no powers to pursue these funds, and again it is left to the Plaintiff to take further action against the Defendant.
The only resonable course of action I had without hiring a lawyer $$$ was to attemp to place a lien on any legally own property Pressman owned. Another roadblock, Pressman has all of his properties registered soley in his wifes name; this guy has planned well ahead for any litigations which may befall him while conducting his day to day business operations.
As Pressman does not run a store-front office or shop where-by anyone can drop in to see the equipment and discuss the operation of his product lines, he only runs the business and assembles the equipment in two garages attached to his house c/w a large metal gate closing of the driveway. To try and track him down I searched public doucuments such as Court records; there are a number of very interesting recorded charges on file against Pressman; BC Land Titles records; filing two stories in the local newspaper the Langley Advance to expose him to his own community; and of course my public appleal made on the National CBC TV News program Go Public broadcast April 30th 2010.
For anyone who wants to view the story just type "Saul Pressman" in your Goggle search and it's still there as the #1 article. As well, I also discussed the type of equipment being sold by Pressman with the Compeition Bureau of Canada, as it appears the equipment being assembled in his workshop had not been tested or recieved any CSA (Canada) or UL Product Certification (USA).
I've had many critics say; 'Buyer Beware'or 'Don't Get Involved with scam artists like Pressman' but belive me when you hear the term 'Cancer changes lives' you will do anything to help out a dying loved one. Unfortunatley for all of us there's will always be a few Lowlife Scoundrels like Pressman around who actually take advantage of his clients and make a living feeding off of other folks misfortune and dispair. To hear my Wife pleading on the telephone and through unanswerd e-mails with Pressman, and even calling him a Doctor was so painful. What a travesy this man has brought upon his followers and the community.
The only restituion I have achived through all of this is knowing that I have helped the commuinty and those who are considering dealing with Pressman, is by exposing him and his business dealings. If I can deter anyone from investing even a dime to purchase equipment or supplies from Pressman (which in my case only 1/2 of the equipment was recieved) then I believe my job is being done continually.

To the person who filed suit against Plasmafire.com - have you gotten anywhere with this? I am very disturbed by this, because I have a friend who just purchased an O3 Ozone Therapy machine from Dr. Pressman and I am very concerned for my friend reading all of the negative things and the likelihood that he got ripped off. I can't believe this guy is still in business and is still operating what appears to be a huge scam. I do hope who ever you are, got justice for the injustice that you received and I am very sorry to hear that you lost your wife.
