Like Pamela from Darwin, Alaska Australia, I am also trying to claim my winnings from Plasmanet.inc ( Freelotto.com ). I also received the same Memorandum from the office of the Prize Administrator informing me that I have Won $ 2010000.00 in the draw on Saturday 18th November 2006. I also then received a confirmation email ( Paid and pending Check release status notification ) to the value of $ 1 000 000.( where is the Other $ 1010000.00 ? ).

I have also given them my credit card details for the deduction from my account of $ 14.99. ( F.A.S.t )for automated and quick payment for future games.
The money has already been deducted from my Account, but trying to get hold of anyone in this company via email( As I Cannot trace a working telephone for this company to speak to someome in person )about 50 times in the past 24 hours but all I am getting is an automated response email directing me to certain of their URL's.

I am starting to reach a point of absolute frustration and I am starting to believe the stories publiched on your site of people who have been ripped off.

I have even printed out the rules of the competition, and found that they want a vsn# that they have not confirmed with me via email.

I am starting to believe that I will never see this money ever.

Can someone please advise me wheither I should unsubscribe from this site, and give up on these winnings or is there someone out their who can help me to recover my money that has been withdrawn from my account.

Are there any court cases pending againts Plasmanet.inc ( freelotto.com ). If so can you please supply me with this information.

What an absolute fool i've been.

Thanx to Bad Business Bureau
Your site is exceptionaly informative.

Just received a reply to my endless attempt's at emailing their claims department with the following reply.
Dear Freelotto Player,
Thank you for playing Freelotto.
We received your freelotto prize claim, but it is being denied for the following reason:
THE TSN IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF YOUR EMAIL IS NOT A VALID TSN NUMBER.
If you mistyped the TSN, please resubmit your prize claim to this email address with the correct TSN. Remember that when submitting your prize claim, the subject line must contain only your TSN.
For further instructions click on the link at the bottom of your Freelotto results email or refer to paragraph 7 of the Official Rules at the top of the Freelotto website.
We are sorry that your Claim is being denied this time.
Please provide us with the correct TSN within 30 days of the win date and we will be glad to honor your win.
Sincerly
Freelotto Prize Claim Department.

1. How am I suppossed to get my TSN numbers if they do not send me any confirmation emails?.
2.They say in the rules that my TSN numbers are displayed after each game I have played on their website and in my confirmation emails. ( which they do not send. )
3.Asking them to resend your confirmation emails is like blowing smoke up a monkeys a*s.
4.In the printout of the Official Rules, Rule 7 states the following.
( No other prizes will be awarded. No Substitution or transfer of prizes is allowed including transfers made by reason of law or upon death of the prizewinner. Taxes are the responsibility of winners. Non U.S residentsmay be subject to U.S withholding Tax.)
No mention at all about TSN #'s at all.
5.In the Frequently Asked Questions section they mention that sometimes Advertisers banners obscure the confirmation infomation but still no email confirmation are sent and no way to retrieve this information.
6. In the frequently asked questions it states that my TSN numbers are available under my player profile, Yet for the day in question when I won $ 2010000.00 it's not available. ( Why? )

This has turned out be an experience that I will never forget.
A warning to everyone out there, Do Not give them your credit card infomation, all they do is take your money and offer you nothing in return. It is a scam on a Grand Scale.

I have now been forced to cancel my credit card to stop them from withdrawing funds from my account.
I will also be cancelling my participation in this game.

If anyone has any comments to add please add them on this site
