Complaint Review: Platform at Union Station

The Platform at Union Station 1650 Wewatta Street Denver 80202 is the worst place to call home; due to the onsite staff and management, who will make your life hell. The problem starts from the leasing agents all the the way to the concierge Oksana McCollum and assistant manager Ms. Lauren McCartney. These two women are the worst behaved people with no respect for themselves or thier jobs. They host parties on the properties and condict themselves drunk and misbehave. The post false reviews of the properties on Facebook, Yelp, Google and remove true reviews posted on the properties. This behavior is appauling and disgusting.

Abby Cleary is a meance trouble maker who cannot respect herself when she talks to you as a paying resident.

The property Manager Ryan Simmons is a jerk a****** who has no professional experience and doesn't have any communication skills, just threatens residents. Ryan allows these women to post fake reviews and run the properties in his absence as he is never on the property and has no knowledge of what is going on.

Heidi Daniels is a Holland Properties The Platform at Union Station regional manager is gossiping liar that supports her team of fraud. She threatens residents and employees along  with her team if unprofessional untrained agents.

This place is in desperate need of new employees and is a prison ward not a home. The prices are over priced and you will be harrassed, retailiated and mistreated everyday until you move out. Your food will not be allowed to your room until the fake concierge security inspects it!

Holland once had a great name and now it has lost its name by hiring unqualified kids to run their rental properities. You have been warned join the movement and let your reviews be heard! Dont remain in silence report your issues!
