Platinum Access Systems Denied existing warrant, terrible technical support ontario california
I am having a terrible time dealing with Platinum Gate Systems out of California. Their customer service is terrible, and lack any knowledge. I bought two operators and installed them. The motherboard fried, and they couldn't give me an explanation of what happened to it. I was greeted with "I dont know" and alot of Umms. I guess however, it was enough for them to determine it was my fault and charge $350.
