platinum advantage promise to help me be able to manage my finance better, the person that spoke with me name was kelvin he said i asked him several time what his name was and then asked him to spell it for me and he did. he stated that the $200.00 that was taken from my account would be set ,so i could use it to purschase items on line and i could also get cash advantage from whe i receive my platinum advantage card in the mail within 7 to 10 days after i receive my acceptance letter.

within 5 to 7 days i received this letter along with terms andconditions of the acceptance line of credit, i was a little concern and made serval attempt to reach the company at the phone that was provided on the accepance letter which was the same number i had been give as the customer service number. during all this transcation that went on about a month and a half and during this time was was constantly trying to contact the company and would get a busy signal or a message to call back during business hour no matter what time of day it was.

one day i finally got a live person that guaranteed me tha ti would be getting my card in the mail in a few days at this time i asked again how this credit card work well she stated that i would have a $2500 credit line.

After this date i was never able to contact this company and eventually when i called i got a recording stating that the number had been disconnected. i call 411 and tried to located the company,but was told that there was no listing for such company at the address i was given. this is a big ripoff and poor people like myself need to be able to get our money back they must be stop.
