A rep from this company calls to tell you they are with a company wanting to help you re-build your credit.
They sucker you in with the low interest rate of 8.9% and all of the benefits that come along with your new line of credit.

They neglect to tell you that you can only use it online at their piece of crap website buying stuff that's worth the lint you might find in your belly button.
They somehow get you to agree to give them, and I mean GIVE THEM $200 of your money as a deposit (giving you the idea you will get it back).

They keep this "deposit" but give you credit vouchers, meaning when you buy their crap on their b.s. website, you use these vouchers to make payments to your line of credit. They mislead you to believe you can use this to make purchases from real places, real stores; maybe even transfer balances from other credit cards or loans to this lower interest rate.

It is a scam and in the end all you have to show for it is a $200 loss of your hard earned cash. After you agree, they hang up and smile, telling their co-workers they got one more sucker to agree to their scam. Don't do it.
