I recieved a call from a rep named Xavier (he did not give a last name). He stated that I had been approved for a credit card with a credit limit of $2500.00 with a $1000.00 cash allowance. He advised me that I would have to pay a deposit of $200.00 and this would be my first months payment. He stated that when i got my first bill not to pay it, but to send in the voucher that would be included in my bill.

He asked for my checking account information, the last 4 digits of my social security number, and my mothers maiden name. He wanted to know if I was looking to establish or re-establish credit. I am trying to establish credit so this was the option that I selected. He stated that they would not run a credit check on me for obvious reasons, but would have to verify that I had an active bank account. He placed me on hold and came back a short while later and advised me that everything had gone through.

He stated that the 200.00 would be drafted from my bank account within 24 hours. I advised him that the money would not be in the bank at that time and ask could i push the date out further. I advised that I did not get paid again until the 16th. He stated that they could push it out to the 13th, and I would need to make sure the money was in the bank. I kept asking him what if I did not have the money in the bank at that time and he just kept telling me that I would need to make sure it was there.

He sent me through to 3rd party verification, which was a recording going over the things he had advised me of and at the end I had to give my consent, which I did. He came back on line and gave me a confirmation number, and a customer service number. When the 12th came, I still did not have the money in the bank, so i called the customer service number which was provided to me. I ask the rep (I did not get her name) if I could push the date out to the 16th. She asked for my information before ever pulling up my account. She stated that she had it taken care of. After speaking with her i got to thinking that something just did not seem right, so I went online and found a website about this company ripping people off, and each report was exactly like my experience. I tried to call this company back, but could not get through. I called my bank and had them to put a stop pymnt on the draft if they try to put it through. I'm hoping it will work, but I am just getting started with this so I will have to wait and see how far this company will take this. They have got to be stopped.
