Complaint Review: Platinum Benefit Group

Platinum Benefit Group called me using 1800 number and asked information about my bank. Few days later there was a withdrawal of 129.95 from my account which resulted to over draft. I try calling their credit card section but its not operational. Tried to log in their website but the information given are not the ones to use in order to access website. The card never came and Have no way of cancelling the 14.95 each month to prevent further damage. This is Rip Off never give information. Dunno what to do to reverse damage and to get out of the monthly contract. Since non of their customer service work. Dunno what to do.
