This company called and told me that I would be given a Secured credit card to help rebuild my credit. I was all for it at the time. I gave them my $229.00 activation fee, then $160 a month for six months before stopping payment, thinking that it was going to my account balance.

I've been on the phone for the past two days with this company, and the lady who answered my calls every time (7 times to be exact) was very helpful. She told me that I only had an account balance of $3.16, and gave me a website to check my transaction record. The transaction record only showed $5.50 worth of transactions in 6 months. I called the company to tell them the truth that I have records of my transactions, but not adding up to the amount of money that I gave them. They told me that they would submit a trouble ticket. I said that I have been trying for two days to get to the botom of this, and they have 12 hours or a lawsuit will ensue.

Hopefully it works, but I'm pissed, and I need everyones feedback on this one. Should I sue the pants off them, or should I go through the Business bureau and file a complaint?
