ED the Mgr at Platinum Car Wash in Morton Grove, refused to provide satisfactory service to a customer, after she had already paid to have her car interior washed.


He then proceeded with verbal abuse...called her a liar and told her to leave the premises and never come back! 


This woman is my 80 yr old Mother who left his business establishment visually shaken. How utterly shameful for a Man to speak to an elderly woman without an ounce of regard for her and so disrespectfully.    


She came in for a car wash and interior a few days ago.  She noticed that the matt on the passenger side of the car was flipped over.  When she turned it back the right way, she noticed a huge dirt spot on it. 


She returned to the car wash to simply ask them to re-wash the dirty matt.  This is where Ed comes in...he refused to re-wash it, called my Mom a liar and said that he would charge her $2.00 to reclean it.  This is a brand new car and the first time my Mom had it washed and no one had been in her car.  


Ed went on a tirade about how they don't even open the passenger side of the car when doing an interior cleaning!  (Humm, I wonder then what kind of cleaning job they do if they never open the passenger door.)  Yelling at my Mom and stating why she would want to have the matt cleaned again by them if they couldn't clean it right the first time. 


One of my sisters called the business establishment today to find out who the owner is and report Ed's unconscionable behavior.   Of course, she was connected with Ed who was just as verbally accostive with her as he was with my Mom.


In difficult economic times as consumers we simply can not allow businesses to dismiss us in this way without reprecussion.  This is not the way business is handled and Ed must hear this from his cash paying customers.  The way he will understand is if "his customers" stop patronizing his business.


 I urge anyone who reads this post to investigate all the negative reviews that people have taken the time to write about him and  please...DO NOT give your business to PLATINUM CAR WASH in Morton Grove, IL
