Complaint Review: Platinum Card - Chase Platinum Card - WRV Enterprises - WRV Happy Face

My son in law, who is Hispanic, found these losers on television. He has recently become legal and desprately wishes to provide a better home and life for my daughter and their 3 children.

He has been looking for new ways to build his credit, so when he saw this commercial on TV he fell for it, however, he DID ask all the right questions, but he was lied to straight up.

He explained clearly that he was using his rent money to get this card and needed to be assured that he would be able to use the card anywhere. He was told that he could and that he would be provided with 3 "vouchers" that could be taken to the bank and deposited for cash, or even cashed like checks. Of course he took them to the bank and none of that was true.

They recieved the same sort of card as described by others. No name on the card, just numbers and once the information was recieved, it was stated in the information that they could only use the card on line on their web site, which is basically nothing at all.

When my daughter brought this to my attention, I immediately began investigating. What I found is they have had many complaints to the BBB. They have several addresses & phone numbers as I will list below, AND one of the managers "Gail Ruiz" is an attorney! Why has this person NOT been DISBARRED??

What I suspect is... they are playing on the desires of many of the illegal hispanics in America that are desprately wishing for the American dream and being told whatever it takes to get their 300.00. You can only IMAGINE what sort of money they must have to be able to run late night TV spots & the incredible response they are getting.

If my theory is correct, and they are targeting illegals, they are probably afraid to approach the Florida Attorney General's office or go to the media. That is if they even KNOW what to do at all! I trust that these people are remaining in "business" by targeting one of the most vulnerable of minorities in the U.S.

Below I am going to list all of the infomation I have on these jerks, and you can know that *I* will be moving on this immediately for my daughter and son in law! I will be happy to keep you posted as to the results of my endeavors.

Why should our BANKS have to pay???? It's time these idiots be brought to JUSTICE! It's jerks like these that screw everyone! They mess with our economy AND they create mistrust for Hispanics and others who are just trying to survive like my daughter, son in law, and my grandchildren! My daughter and her husband haven't been staight with their rent and bills since all of this has happened, thus affecting the credit that the poor man was attempting to procure in the first place!!! They should have to pay for ALL of that and for the anxiety and worry they have created!

I know my daughter and her husband aren't the only ones! I feel a class action suit is in order here!

Remember too, they only provide a PO Box, but when they are using it for a business, the postal service MUST provide the address given. This isn't a private person's PO Box. Surely they realized someone would eventually be smart enough and informed enough to deal with these jerks on their own terms.

Please, get the information below, call every number, send a letter to the attorney general's office in Florida. Believe me, if enough noise is made, they will hunt these idiots down. As you can see, I'm on a personal mission.

I won't let my daughter and son in law settle for their money back, they need to pay for ALL the trouble they have cause them!

Look on the BBB site and you will even find a site map right to their EXACT location. Please not that not ONE of the addresses below match the actual map location. This is ALOT bigger that you can imagine. The manager's names are Gail Ruiz Attorney & Jose Delarosa, IF those are their real names. Well, we will soon find out.
