False Report Submitted

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Tue, March 11, 2014

To Whom it May Concern:

The person who submitted this false complaint (Ron Milco of Healthcare Administration Solutions) was a prior client of ours who enrolled into our 12 month Credit Building Program for his company. We have 7 program guidelines that must be followed to be successful with our program. They are clearly stated on our website, in fact we devote an entire page of our website to the terms and conditions of enrollment along with the details concerning our money back guarantee. This client failed to follow our program guidelines on multiple ocassions. He failed to make his payments on time to the creditors. He failed to use his established accounts in a timely manner and for the minimum amounts listed to be successful with the program. He was kicked out of our program for failing to follow the program guidelines. His company, Healthcare Administration Solutions, Inc. (filed in California) is not even in active status, as he failed to maintain even the basics of being a good business owner as far as keeping his company in good standing. The fact that his company is listed in default status does not surprise me, as he could not follow even the most basic of instructions given to him during his enrollment. We have successfully run over 6000 clients through our program over the past 6 1/2 years. Ron Milco is proof positive that we can not build credit for a company that does not follow program guidelines and can;t even manage to keep his own company in active status with the Secretary of State. This client has also been discharged for over a year (his enrollment was in 2011), and now files this bogus complaint in an attempt to harm my company's reputation. Please check our record with the BBB and you will see we have an excellent service record. The only other complaint ever filed against us was by a competitor 3 years ago who had never even been a client of ours and failed to respond to our rebuttal. This complaint is also bogus and vindictive in nature, as he was denied a refund based on his numerous program violations. Again, in his case, he is proof positive, we can't fix "stupid".

Sincerely,

John Armstrong, CEO

Platinum Corporate Credit, Inc.
