Platinum Financial Solutions or AKA Innovative Marketing Concepts called my fiance and I on the phone this past February and continually called us about finding us a lender for a business loan. They said they would find us a lender and do all the paperwork for a fee of 499.00 dollars. They guaranteed us a refund if they did not find us a lender. Months went by and nothing ever happened. I called and called and Ann, Gabriel, and Michelle Short gave us the run-around.
They told us that they would mail the refund Sept, 1st, but we have yet to receive anything. I continued to call them and they would not answer their phone and now it is disconnected. I have found out some interesting information about this company and its manager Osvaldo Andreatta. His phone Number is 702-812-9933 and I believe he lives at 5206 Puma Court N. Las Vegas, NV. Not 100% about the address yet! I will not let this go for the life of me!!!!!
Osvaldo supposedly owes the company he did our credit report with 10,000.00 dollars. I have filed a complaint with the federal trade commission, The States Attorney generals office, the MLD division in Carson city and Las Vegas, and I have filed a complaint with a councelman in the mayors office in Las Vegas.
