On December 2, 2019, I came across an online advertising for focus, memory, and energy dietary supplement GENBRAIN, Advanced Brain Formula, buy 2 get 1 free deal for $33.33/each bottle with 60 capsules. I ordered them from “thegen-brains.net”, but received an email confirmation from “sales@platinum-support.com” stating that the charges on my credit card statement will appear as “Online Nutri Store 1-888-220-6604”...
On December 6, 2019, I received a package from EQUINOX, Sean Pratt, PO Box 1079, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062 with five bottles instead of three. The product label design was different from what I saw online, no GENBRAIN logo either. I checked my bank account and noticed that I was charged $198.00 by “Online Nutri Store 1-888-220-6604”.
The product label has an address for “Platinum Herbal Wellness LLC” with the phone number and their website www.Platinum-Support.com. I contacted the customer service online via live chat, twice. I am willing to return their fake product for a full refund. They keep telling me they will send me instructions on how to return it, but nothing happens. They also said that their records indicate that my account was refunded for $50 and then for $74. It was not. It is a total scam.
