Platinum Herbal Wellness Unsolicited enrollment in Platinum Support's Smart Cleanse program

I ordered a Tumeric product online.  Before checkout, I was given an option to purchse a bottle of Smart Cleanse, which I did not.  I carefully avoided it.  

Once I had placed my Tumeric order, I received an email showing I had purchased the Smart Cleanse as well, which I knew I had not (as i have been bitten by this scam before).  I waited to see whether I would receive the product, which I did.  

I called the company and the phone operator informed me I was enrolled in the auto-renew Smart Cleanse monthly program. I stated I had carefully avoided signing up for that program and would be happy to return the unopened product, and that I requested she refund me my charges and withdraw me from the program.  

She did so, after a moment of prevaricating, during which time I told her I would be informing my credit card company to refuse any charges from them in the future and that I saw many cases of this fraud online.  I am happy to add my voice to this group reporting their fraudulent business practices.
