While working on the refinance of my home Stacy Schlesinger promised I would be reimbursed $500 for the appraisal I ordered. Now that is all said and done she is saying she did not agree to that. If my company (and I am checking on this) could retrieve my old emails I can prove she did agree to that, however, my company only saves three months worth of emails. This is outright fraud and should not be doing business if they are going to lie to their customers.

Come to find out this company advertises daily that they pay for their customers appraisals. How much more confusing is this? Make sure to get everything in writing! (and print of course, as I did not, and cannot retrieve my old emails)keep that copy on hand.
Advice to Plantinum Lending: Dishonesty is NOT the best policy.
