I was applying for a payday loan. The company responded and indicated that I qualifiedfor a payday loan but I had to fill out an application.

A qualification of the application was that I had to accept this membership and that $99 would be deducted from my bank account. I naturally believed my payday loan would go thru.

I did not receive the payday loan and again, naturally thought that the $99 would not be deducted from my bank account.

To my dismay, $99 was deducted from my bank account. This is fraud and a rip off.

Why would I have $99 deducted from my bank account when I need a loan to help out with my bills.

I ask that I be reimbursed for the $99.

I believe the United States Attorney General's Office should get involved and bring a class action suit against thiscompany for all the harm that they have brought to innocent people who believed they were going to get help through a payday loan.
