i recieved a check and a letter in the mail the check amount was for 4,980.00 the letter was from platinum point securities inc., the letter stated that i was a winner from the june 5th shopper sweepstakes
i called this number 1-647-894-7940 a spoke with a lewis mcgregor he stated that all i need to do was go to my bank or a bank and cash the check or open a checking account and depost the money.

and the next day i would recieve the rest of the money the total amount money was 250,000.00us dollars
and that was a shared 5 million us dollars that had been shared with a total of twenty people. and after i cash the check all i had to do is pay taxes in the amount of 2,995.00$

and i could pay it by western union or money gram. i took the check to my bank andshow them and they said it was for sure a fraud!!!!!

so they took my info and reported it. my bank told me if i would have cashed the check i would have owed my bank all that money back. the check that man sent me look like a real check on the check it said it was from wells fargo bank. the bank said the check was real but once it came back with no funds i would owe all of that money back.
later that day i google the name and found out it was a scam .. so my daughter called the number back and spoke with mr. mcgregor

he answerd and my daughter said i google you and found out that you are a scam. and told him he needed to find a differnet way to make money like get a real job.
he proceeded to call my daughter a c*** s***** and other profaniteds i think someone needs to do something about this man b4 someone falls for the scam and get took for all of there savings.
